Classic Samurai Wakizashi
Matching the , the Golden Oriole Wakizashi features a deeply lacquered blue saya, Japanese cotton tsuka-ito, and the Oriole appears on both the tsuka and again on the koshirae. The blade from the Hanwei factory is hand-forged in high-carbon steel and is differentially hardened to display a distinct hamon. Edge hardness is HRC 58~62, back hardness HRC 38~42. Supplied with a protective cloth bag and traditional maintenance kit.
